... read moreI’m so glad I decided to form a group and purchase “Brains From Trauma to Repair”! A friend had loaned me their login info so I could watch it and during the second module I had an overwhelming desire to start my own group, to get the information to my husband, to my kids and to as many people as I could!
From the slides included in the course I could literally see the damage that lack of sleep, health problems, drugs and alcohol causes to the human brain. It’s very scary stuff and that’s why as many people as possible need to see it! So hopefully we can help ourselves, our family, strangers, ANYONE AND EVERYONE!
I learned a lot that I didn’t know. I learned more about the importance of sleep, about meditation and even about a couple of very simple exercises that can help repair your brain.
The course taught me why my husband is the way he is. Now I just need to figure out how to nudge him in the right direction to try and help him. Right now his health “isn’t worth fixing”. His words not mine. I love him and he is worth fixing but I can’t want it for him.
Overall, yes the course was worth every single penny spent on it. I want to thank my group for helping make that possible.
